How do I ask for a burden of proof in a credit card case? I got a letter for garnishments from the court where I have to answer interogatories (?)....have a court date on the letter. Any help?

If they are trying to garnish wages or bank accounts, it sounds like they have a judgment already, and asking for proof now is too late. Were you served? Check with the court to see what is going on.
