I sent a certified letter to Trauner, Cohen and Thomas (Lawfirm) asking for explanation of the debt they said I owe, as well as, request of no further phone contact. I specifically said "Finally, I am requesting that all future communication be through the mail. Please do not contact me on the phone any further." They have called me 3 times since they received the certified letter, which I have the signed copy. They've left 2 voicemails and sent me one text. Who can I talk to about supporting me with counter suing? I want to because I'm sick of these companies violating the fdcpa laws and getting away with it. Please help if you have suggestions on a company that could help me or represent me with this. Certainly somebody on here knows:)

if they aren't verifying even your last name?hang up in there earhole.you should be able to as NASCARDEVIL says to verify your name and address.then demand a letter outlining the debt be sent.if they won't do this don't bother talking to them.a waste of time.
