can an assigned collection agency put a collection antidote with there company in my credit file? Assigned debt not sold debt...
Even if the original creditor only authorized the collection age
Even if the original creditor only authorized the collection agency to collect the debt, but not sold the debt to the CA, the CA can report the debt to the bureaus and the name of both the CA and the OC will appear in your report against that debt.
