I received a call from these people twice. The first person was understanding and told me that I would continue to get calls until I could do something. I said I understood that, I have done collections before. The lady that called me today, she was rude, insulting and basically degraded me to the point where I ended the call. I can't even find out how to make a complaint about this person. I KNOW that it is illegal for them to harass and threaten a person in order to do their job. When I search for this company all I get in info about how to work for them. AS IF I would ever work for a company that allows their employees to break the law.

If they have threatened you over the phone, you can file complaint against them with your local police authority. I assume that you got this call from a debt collector/CA. Then, you can file a case against them with the FTC as well for breaking FDCPA rules.
