I have sent out what seems to be millions of validation letters.

First question-some of these are medical bills. I had asked for the contract between myself and the original creditor and not recieved one. Also asked for the amount paid by my insurance and the original amount owed. All the company sent me was copies of the invoices from the original creditor-no insurance payments reflected and no signed contract. They sent this as the validation. Does any of this count towards or as validation and when I send another letter to request the other information, does it restart the 30 day period?

Second question- have an old alltel bill from 06, recieved a "validation" from CA and all it is a copy of my last bill-not last payment time or anything. No copy of contract or anything. No copy of requested agreement showing that they are legally entitled to collect this debt. Once again, do I send a follow up saying that this is not validation?

Thanks!
