CA after Chargeback

I did not receive a product that I ordered. I contacted merchant (no resolution) . I contacted my credit card company they processed a chargeback in my favor refunding me the money. Fine as no merchandise was received. Now merchant sent to Collections.. I received the CA letter ..Advise please
Dispute the validity of the
Dispute the validity of the debt in writing with the CA. Show where the credit card company credited you back plus any other correspondence you may have. In other words, tell them to get lost and never contact you again.
