Sent off another letter to Dendy

Ok, so once again, i sent another letter to them, basically saying the same things i've said in the other 5 letters i've sent them but this time i included ALL my previous letters to them. Is there ANY chance CACH would want to settle this debt with me before the scheduled court date on May 29, 2007?? That's only 2 weeks away! I'm a nervous wreck but i WILL be there!
Also, I have been in contact with Bud Hibbs and he gave me the name of an attorney about 60 miles away from me. I've sent him an e-mail and also left a phone message but haven't heard back from him yet. Crossing my fingers he calls me back or e-mails me back SOON!
Any feed back on this from anyone here would be SO greatly appreciated!

Keep your documents in place. You will need it in the court. I guess there is nothing for you to worry as long as you are right and can prove that CACH is violating the laws. Have you tried contacting another attorney?
