What do I do? CACH LLC

Yesterday I was served a summons that I am being sued by CACH LLC for a debt that is owed. The one thing that is bothering me is that I have never received any letters or phone calls and then out of nowhere I get served with this. I am lost as to what I should do here. And another thing about the summons is that is says it was filed on march 14,2008 and that they have 60 days to serve me this summons from that date. I didnt receive it until May 28,2008. Thats longer than 60 days

That sounds typical of them,..hang in there someone will be around to offer you advice. Make sure you do not ignore that court date or they will get a default judgment. Also if you want to learn more about them do a search for them in the upper right hand corner of the page and type CACH LLC and you will be able to read other people's dealings with them.
Is the debt that you owe are they showing the correct amount? If not you need to express that when you go to court, did you send a dv ltr?
