I beat CACH.....

I havent been here in a few months but wanted to give hope to everyone fighting a SOL lawsuit brought on by a CA.

I just got word that a lawsuit filed against me by CACH has been dismissed (due to go to court next week).

Im guessing that since this was a SOL case then CACH was hoping for a default judgement. I hired a lawyer and was prepared to go to court using SOL as my defense.

Im so happy that I dont even have to go to court (except for my suit against them for lawyer fees and fdcpa violations).

So for all of you out there that can use SOL as defense, file your answers timely and plan on going to court so they dont get the default judgement they are hoping for.

CACH is one of the worst bottom feeders out there but if you stand your ground they can be beat.


That is really good news. I hope you win your suit fow lawyer fees and such. I once had Cach trying to collect form me. I pretty much ignored them and unbelievably they went away. I know others who have dealt with them and they are truly a bad company to deal with. Thanks for posting your good news.

Thanks for the congrats.

CACH usually never goes away so I was surprised that I dont even have to go to court.

From my experience, anyone facing a lawsuit when SOL has expired should plan on fighting it. Many times people tend to ignore the CA's and thats when they get the default judgements.

I was so happy, too, when my lawsuit with CACH was dropped by them and they went away. Now, less than a year later, they are back, out of a different office, and now we are being served with a new summons for a new lawsuit. I am wondering if anyone has had to go more than one round with them. Will this end? I am trying to determine what is best to do at this point. Thank you.
