what can I do

I'm been served with papers that I need to go to court. And the one that are taking me to court are CACH, LLC. I didn't owe them nothing. I don't know if they are a collection agency or something. What can I do now. I can't afford no garnish for my pay check. please help me

If you have been served, you need to appear in court. Otherwise, they win by default and your wages get garnished nonetheless. So what you need to do is appear in court on the given date and during discovery ask for validation. Unless the debt is valid, you walk free and your wages are not garnished. Cach LLC is a collection agency.
