Cach LLC has purchased a charged off credit debt from BOA and has filed a notice in circuit court to collect on their purchase. What is the best process to make this go away?

But you should clearly inform that you want to settle the debt without any court intervention. If they agree, then make a reasonable settlement offer and settle the debt asap.
