So I received papers from the courts where i live for a credit card that i had 4 years ago. I am supposed to go to court in July this year. I do owe this debt. I dont even know how much it is for. I have tried to call the company several times and have had no response. i am only 22 and i got this card when i was 18. The last i heard about it was 2 or more years ago and they said I owed 890 something. I am guessing it is from interest. Anyway my point is I am being sued and I dont know what to do. Never been to court. Never had even a traffic ticket. Need some advice.

First of all, did you respond to the summons from Cach LLC? A reply to it is very much necessary within the stipulated time because if you don't respond within the specific time frame, which is generally 20 to 30 days, a default judgment could be ruled against you.

Moreover, which state are you in? I guess you should take the help of an attorney before things turn bad.
