I keep getting a call from a collection agency located in California

I keep getting a call from a collection agency located in California though they never identify themselves they just threaten to file court summons if I don't settle a Payday loan which I never took out though they claim I did in 2009 from some place called Cash Central which isn't located in San Diego . I tried asking for him to send me the paperwork that shows I did this but he just kept over speaking me, demanding I pay some outrageous fee of 800 but the loan he said was 200 or get an attorney because I committed check fraud. What should i do now?

You should ignore the call. It's a scam. Period. They can't send you the paperwork because you haven't taken out the payday loan. They are just threatening you with dire consequences to fetch money. Chill.
