Being seriously threatened by a collection agency

A collection agency in Guerneville (CA) has been threatening me for the last 21 days. The CA is threatening to put me behind the bars. I’m extremely scared. What will happen now? They are telling that I owe $10,524 on a credit card. I have never seen so much money in my life.

Nothing will happen....they cannot put you behind bars as debts are civil, not criminal.
Who is the creditor?? Who is the CA? When was the date of your last payment???

Fraud
I have been contacted and set up payment arrangements with Alliance Services. I cannot locate my paperwork and I have been unable to find them. I am afraid I have been a victim of fraud. Can you help?
What ever you used to set up
Answer all of SOAPLADY's questons - and What ever you used to set up the payment arrangement - cancel - whether it be Credit / Debit card or bank account.. tell your bank you have been a victim of fraud.. This needs to be done ASAP...
