I have had the same phone number (which does not accept block calls) and address for 12 years so why couldn't they send a certified letter?? I am only two months late on my payment, this seems VERY excessive.
Please tell me if this is allowed. My neighbor said he did not know me, but they gave him my address and told him to post a note on my door.

i believe they can call friends/family etc. one time for verific
