I did a search and didn't retrieve any results about CO-OPERATIVE ADJUSTMENT BUREAU, INC. Apparently an apartment complex I lived in managed to rack up $327.98 in some sort of fess.. I just got a letter in the mail today from these guys saying I have 30 days from today to send them a debt validation letter.. they want it all up front or for me to call them to set something up. I don't like calling creditors, so I won't be doing that.. should I mail them a letter suggesting a payment plan, or just fire off the DV and wait?
