Old PA Medical Bills

We live in Pa and my wife has past medical bills from 2005 before we were married. The Capio Partners from Sherman Tx is trying to collect on this debt. We survive (barely) on my SSI disability. Has the sol run out on these debts? If not when will the sol run out if at all? Because we do not have the funds to pay on or pay off this debt.

The SOL in your state is 4 years. Just so you know, disability is exempt from garnishment so if they try to sue you, they can't get anything from you. If they try to make you pay tell them NO!!!!
The Capio Collections Suck Big Time!
I just paid off a bill from 2005,I too am on SS Disability.
Mine was from a Rural Metro Ambulance bill I was not responsible for,got tired of collection agencies trying to collect from me,settled for half of my bill,paid off $575.
Capio is a pain in the arse to deal with,been trying to get
my paid receipt since the end of Feb 2009,no luck yet,they
are a bunch of A..H....!
If you don't settle somehow they will ruin your Credit Report,
