anyone ever dealt with Capital Collections in Florida or Mississippi?

I am being told by Capital Collections that they are a law office not a collection agency even though in their title it says Capital Collections and they dont have to follow the FTC regualtions and laws dont apply since they are a legal dept

Bull. Any law office collecting on a debt has to follow the FDC

Bull. Any law office collecting on a debt has to follow the FDCPA just like any CA. Of course they will lie.
