anyone have any info on these companies? they will not leave me alone! i received an email from them stating they won't agree to pymt arrangements. they want payment in full!

Have you got the debt validated from these two CAs? If you have not, send them a debt validation letter by certified mail and get it validated first.
Can you tell us how much is your debt with them and how much is your income?
