Question:what's the different between these two companies, if any? there are several blogs about WWAP,LLC but none for WWAP II, LLC, who claim to be the current creditor. The letter is from and on Capital Management Services, LP in Buffalo, NY letterhead. They are the ones I am to contact for validation or to set-up payment arrangements.

If WWAP,LLC are connected to WWAP II, I am weary of dealing with them. But on the same hand want to resolve since they seem to file judgements & get them.

Any help would be appreciated!

WAP,llc is not a BBB accredited company and also has an unsatisfactory record with BBB.

This company must have handed over this debt to the collection agency named Capital Management Services.
