Collection Agency pulled my credit w/o permission

A ruthless collection agency, Stephen & Michael, I believe pulled my credit and dropped my score. I do not have any outstanding debts in collection. How are they allowed to do this!!

Collection agencies do not make it habit to pull a report without reason....it costs them money, Call them and find out what they are collecting on. Did you cosign for anything???
