howdy again all. i am looking for the best/only dv address for cardworks servicing or cardworks servicing, llc. i asked this question back in june i believe but never got an answer so hoping someone has come up with the info since then. would appreciate any help. the address/info i got below is from the website merrickbanksucks(,)com.

"Cardholder Management Services, LLC (CMS), is apparently the transaction processing arm of Merrick Bank. It is a Delaware registered corporation and is a "FOREIGN LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY". It's address is listed as":

CARDHOLDER MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLC
101 CROSSWAYS PARK WEST
WOODBURY, NEW YORK 11797

not sure this is the correct address for dv'ing per the description above. would "transaction processing" include a nice firm dv letter? i've also seen this address listed in some of the threads/posts here when i searched. this is a mystery. funny tho that merrick bank has add. listed in utah and this letter came from utah. but the "great" compromise offer letter i received only has n.y. and an address in pittsburgh listed.

any definite ideas? thanks!

thanks! so which one would you use? the one i gave is on alot of websites that i've viewed searching. so makes me think maybe not? but that merrick sucks site is dedicated to finding out info about merrick bank which we all know by now has something to do with cardworks collections.
on the letter sent from them they, besides some n.y. addresses/p.o. boxes, they do list a pittsburgh p.o. box but sure that is for payments they think they are going to get. they are very slick aren't they?
now i am so confused.
