how are these type of scaveger collectors even allowed to pursue
how are these type of scaveger collectors even allowed to pursue these collections? i keep reading about these types of collectors and wonder why they are allowed to pursue these people
because love my things.they prey on people,and count on them not

They but bundles of old debts that in many cases are beyond statute for pennies on the dollar and try to collect whatever they can however they can. They know the averages and work them. If they have to settle a suit now and then it is part of their cost of doing business. Generally they back off if they get a hard time!
sadly at one point and time i probably would have fell for that.
