They are a processor for online gambling. Now spare me the moral crap. I've in the past done chargebacks to avoid paying after losing because processers outside the us cannot legally collect in the U.S. Pic-club is saying they found a loophole in the unlawful internet gambling act by structuring their company as a securities and investment company and you play cards as them. In their terms the following is shown:

9. Credit Card Chargeback Policy

A "chargeback" occurs when a customer disputes a credit card charge. A fraudulent chargeback occurs when a customer attempts to dispute a charge for merchandise or services that they have actually purchased.

Attempting to dispute a valid credit card charge is fraudulent and is illegal. Players Investment Company does not tolerate chargeback fraud, and we follow the following procedure when it takes place (Do you think they can pursue criminal charges???):

If you attempt to dispute or deny a valid charge, we will first contact you directly, because most disputed charges occur as a result of the customer not recognizing our charge on their statement. You will have ten (10) calendar days to reverse your dispute upon receipt of mail or our e-mail.

If you do not reverse the dispute or otherwise attempt to resolve the situation, we will file a police report with your local authorities and seek criminal charges against you.

Your account will be turned over to a collection agency, which will initiate collection activities as well as report your account as delinquent to all of the major credit bureaus.

If you still do not resolve the situation by either reversing the dispute or reimbursing us for the amount disputed plus our bank fees, we will file a civil lawsuit against you for the amount disputed, for bank fees

related to the chargeback, for additional damages for the harm your chargeback causes to our merchant credit record, and for punitive damages as the courts do not take credit card fraud lightly9. Currency

Well, just toi anser your question they would not charge you with anything because of the fact of the 'loophole.'. They may be using it but if you pointed it out they would be in a heck of a lot more trouble then you would because it doesn't matter what they have it classified as...if you are betting money and losing/winning it..it is an ILLEGAL internet gambling site no matter how they classify it.

But this is not a moral bite on your butt but at least think of murphy's law..anything that can go wrong will go wrong..not to mention Karma...if you are purposely doing this to them it could come back to bite your butt somewhere down the line.

But I think what they posted about the chargebacks is total BS since they are illegal.

The reason they say shares is because they throw another loop into it by even if you just put the money into the processor and never transferred it to the games and let it sat there you could earn interest on it by the end of the year. Kinda a ghetto way to try to get around the rule

So, the gambling sites post incorrect codes like "Phone Charges" or "Home Decor" and they are really for gambling. If I displute these charges with credit card company it is fairly dishonest on my part, but will they be able to pin this on me and get me in trouble, or can this work and get me out of gambling debt?
