harrassing phone calls

don't sweat it.....I've been called 10 times already. I call them every 3 days and tell them things haven't changed since the last 3 days. Good luck!

Are you answering the phone when they call or ignoring them completely? You can't really stop them from trying to contact you at your home number, but you can tell them not to call you at work and they must abide by that, but only after you tell them. Until you work something out with them (payment wise), I suspect they will continue to call and call until they decide to turn it over to a collection agency. Then you can ask they (3rd party collector) cease phone contact.

I do know there are specific time frames which they are only permitted to call, but I'm not sure what they are.

An OC does not have the time call restrictions that a 3rd party CA does. I suggest you answer the phone. You always want to work with the OC and keep them in the loop. If may not stop the calls completely but you want to deal with this now and not when it's in the hands of a CA.
