I made a payment arrangement with CCS several months ago. I make my payments faithfully each month but they still call several times per week. Each time they call I tell them I do not want any further telephone communication and that everything should be in writing. Also, each time they call and I tell them I am making payments each month, they look in the system and acknowledge that I do. However, they then tell me the calls will not stop until the account is paid in full. I have read others on here saying they have had trouble dealing with CCS as well. Will it even do any good to send a cease and desist letter? It really annoys me when I am making payments!
I would say to continue making your payments as usual, but just
I would say to continue making your payments as usual, but just do not answer the phone when they call. It's best not to rock the boat too much.
