But, I would like to draw your attention to what happens when a debt collector avoids your cease desist letter. It may happen due to the following reasons:

• The debt collector may haven’t received your letter.


• Some new collector is handling your case at present.


• The original creditor is collecting your debt to whom the letter doesn’t apply.
