On my credit report I find "CER STS REC" with a $58. debt listed, incurred or listed on 7/08. How can I find out exactly what this represents and how to take care of the debt, assuming it is valid? Thanks.

Contact the collection agency and ask them to validate the debt. If the debt is valid, then work out an payment plan with them. If the debt is not valid, then send the following letter to credit bureau to remove the listing from your report.
