Attoney Letter

I'm in California. This is the second letter, Frederick J. Hanna & Associates, p.c. is the law firm. Bank of America is their client, unsecure debt. I made a payment in dec, but I guess it was too late and they hire the company to collect the debt. What I don't understand is that the Bank took my payment and the balance that shows on the Attoney's law firm letter is incorrect.

Hanna may have tacked on his fees, you could request validation to get a breakdown of the amount. If you need a template you can use the one via my signature. Send it certified mail, return receipt requested.

Make sure that you include in your request for Validation Mr Hanna's California State Bar info because there is no Frederick J. Hanna licensed in the state of California.

Be sure to have them validate this new amount, because unless it is included in a contract or agreement you signed, they can't add one single penny to the account. You really need to get a dv letter out asap as they can n o longer collect from you or file suit, until they validate.
