Chase settle agreement from CA

What should the wording say in an agreement before I send the money to a CA. Balance 0, is this ok?
I don't know if CA will put paid in full.
CA faxing me 3 page agreement friday, I need to know what to look for in the agreement, to make sure I'm not going to be billed for the unpaid amount from cc if another CA picks it up.
The cc charged off, I'm sure cc will put charge off on credit report and CA will put 0 bal I think.

Sunkist, What kind of settlement did you finally get? Mine is going to be just like yours was. I have been a good chase customer for 10 years and they didn't want to offer me a settlement to close the acct. In fact I haven't paid since Feb and the acct is still open! They refuse to settle. I have to wait until it goes to collections.
