Chase wants income/mortgage info

Hi, we'retrying to settle with Chase. They want monthly income, 1st mortgage, 2nd mortage, other credit cards etc. We do not want to provide that info, but we don't want to stall/stop negotiation. Can we just say we do not want to provide that information.

Well you could, but then they could also say they dont want to discuss a settlement with you.
They are trying to determine your income and expenses. They could easily pull a credit report too and check. It is pretty standard when trying to settle.
