Mann Bracken

I am also to fax the same documents to Mann Bracken (per the National Arbitration Forums' rules). When I contacted Mann Bracken, I was able to find a woman in charge of COLLECTING the debt, but she refused to give me a fax number (of course, she doesn't want this to go to arbitration; she wants to COLLECT the debt-but I have no money. All my income is from Social Security Disability).
I attempted to find a fax number on the MAIN Mann Bracken site and they publish NO fax number. Does anyone have a fax number for Mann Bracken? I know that they're not wanting to go to arbitration; BUT THAT'S THE WAY IT IS. Don't they have to "play ball?"
Any thoughts or suggestions?

Mann Bracken
I don't know what 'thread jacking' is; let alone being impolite. I saw that someone else had an issue with Mann Bracken and I wondered (guess some skins are more sensitive than others) if we could share some info.
Guess that's not acceptable around here.
Not that it's not acceptable but the thread you posted to was 2

Just making sure your questions get proper exposure, you posted
Just making sure your questions get proper exposure, you posted to a thread that was very old and many people ignore those old threads. Plus, when people start posting their own questions on another thread, things start getting jumbled and it is unfair to that thread's poster, who's initial concerns get lost in all the other concerns...each person who needs help should have their own thread so as to get the best help they can possibly get.
If Mann is not playing nice (and they NEVER do) then make sure you keep in contact with the NAF..though I have heard that arbitration is biased towards the collectors and if you can, you should object to giving up your rights to due process. Make Mann provide the signed contracts that you agreed to go to arbitration at all.
