I will have a meeting with Chase next week to discusse closing my checking account due to these pdl ach's.
On the phone they told me they can close my account and enforce a "do not reopen". I am hoping that will prevent any of these pdl's from getting more funds, does that sound right? They also, told me I can open a new account right away.
I truly hope this works. Anyway, doing something is better than nothing at all, which is what I've been doing.

I hope everything works out. If they said they can put a hard freeze on it then they probably can.
I think all banks can they just don't because they want to rob the customers by charging them the NSF fees.

I just open my account with Chase. I been hearing some good things about this bank. I will not be giving my account information out anymore. I rather get a job in a strip club then fool with these PDLs. I have learned my lesson!
