I recently found out thru checking Marion County clerks Office that Chase bank filed a small claim against me. Summons issued 3/13 but haven't been served yet.

The attorney listed for Chase is Lisa L Dolin. I cannot find her on the florida bar or american bar websites. I have not received any letters from her either. Just a collection call from Chase stating peperwork has been filed.

Anyone ever deal with this person ? What do I do from here?
I plan on going to clerks office Monday to get paperwork. I'm exempt from attachment under Fla law on several levels.

Thanks in advance

Her real name is Lisa L Dolin Eiss and she is from Jp Morgan Chase legal Dept and legal.

Now, I wonder if she will be traveling 5.5 hours to get to my small claim case? Guess I have a little more research to do.

First off, Hello neighbor!, I also being in Marion County, and currently 60 days late on a Chase CC, would truly appreciate hearing if anything else has transpired rwegarding the above. Thank you in advance.

I just found in Oragne county a filing for Chase. Smells funny. I have'nt had an account or any dealings with Chase since the late '80's. Will keep posting.
