I see on my credit report that there is an entry from original creditor Chase NA credit card account. It has been since 3/04 since my last payment and the SOL for Missouri (where I entered into account) is 5 years. I am wondering why they never tried to sue me or sold the charged off debt. Any clues? There are no CA's shown for that account on my report either.

To by best ability to research, it looks as though credit cards in Missouri has a sol of 5 years. The trade line was last updated 11/04. It also says that it was transferred to another lender. This is the only entry I see for this account.
