Has anyone heard of Check Resolution Service out of Kenmore, NY? They have hired someone to harass me, and I want to find out if anyone else had dealt with them.


Check Resolution Services! I got a call from them saying that I owed from a PDL which was possible since we just went through a BK. I agreed to pay since they said I'd be served with a warrant for fraud and that scared me. When I went to Bank of America to pay the account number wasn't correct so the bank checked into it for me. They said it was a fraud company and had a grade of F with the BBB. When I complained to CRS they gave me a correct phone number but nothing they said added up so I did some checking only to find that they have several complaints and are not a reputable company. I will pay my debt but when a valid bill comes from a valid company. Oh yeah..they also said I owed VIP on the first bill the second (corrected bill) said it was CASHNET. ?????
