I received a check for $146.37 , valid for 60 days only ,I moved so i got it just last march , it's dated Jan 17 2011, I sent them copies, of the letter & check asking them to reissue the check , still no answer, what can i do ? Do I have to send the original check?? Do you think I have a chance of gettin the money?? , Please help. thank you , personal info removed for your safety - Jason

I don't think that the original check will be valid anymore. It has already crossed 60 days. You can contact your bank with the original check regarding this issue. They may be able to help you out.
You can also wait for some days. The concerned party may re-issue the check again.
