does anyone have any experience with a company called check systems llc they are a debt collector out of new york called me 5 times in one day all within about 30 mins its for a debt from a company ive never dealt with

If you don’t owe this debt,

If you don’t owe this debt, then it’s surely a scam. Don’t pay them a penny and don’t share any personal information with them. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC immediately.

Send a Cease and Desist

Send a Cease and Desist letter via CMRRR asap. This way they wouldn't be able to call or contact you henceforth.

Notice of Settlement offer

I just received an email from Check Systems LLC. The address listed is: 229 W. Genesee Street #1071, Buffalo, NY 14201. I have no idea how they got my email, or who these people are.
