Has anyone ever dealt with this company? My account with GE Money Bank (Walmart credit card)is being collected through them. They accepted the proposal amount from T&C for my payment each month. The rep said there was no due date each month and that the payment just had to be in sometime during each month. I have made 3 payments, yet they still continue to call me constantly! This "law firm" also said that once you are with a debt consolidation company and are making payments, they cannot keep calling you. Anyone else experienced anything like this?

Lorri, why don't you make the person aware that the payments are already done by your consolidation company? Hence, there should be no reason for him to call you repeatedly.
Are you getting statements to verify if money is going towards your file? Ask your consolidation company to send you itemized statement of the previous payments. I see no reason why this person is calling you when you are already making the payments.
