hi I sent a letter to this collection agenecy a couple month's ago just received a letter back of copies of my citi bank bills so what should i do I know I have 30 days to look over the statements but I really don't know what to do now should I file something all they did is sent me statements and it took them a couple months...
please help me anyone, only income is my unemployment and I only own my car lost my home.:confused:

You should contact the collection agency regarding this issue. You may send a debt validation in letter in writing to them. If they validate the debt, then it is advisable to repay the debt in full. If they fail to validate the debt properly, then send a Cease and Desist letter in writing.
