Citibank Suing me

Good Morning to all! I need some advise pls!
Right now Im going to a very dificult financial time ,due to my husband losing one of his job we are just getting by,I received a letter from the court . I cant afford a lawer right now I have other outstanding balances,I do not wish to file for BK cause I'm paying for my daughter College and we have 2 more years to ask for a loan. Our house is on my husband name only and is been paid till January. I made a appoint with a NFCC.org? Can I trust this organization? Need help pls!! Thanks

Being sued and having a judgement placed against you will prevent you from qualifying for PLUS loans and private loans for your daughter so you are going to be stuck. Is your daughter borrowing her own money for school?

grrrr.. the horrible citibank. i had terrible luck with them. but listen is there anyway your daughter can pay her own student loans or get her own loans? trust me i put myself through school and so did my husband and it empowers you to be able to say I paid for it myself and i did it on my own. neither of us messed around in school we worked hard and got good grades. it makes you appreciate it more, and someday your daughter may thank you for this.
