Sued by Citibank in NYS

Hello. I have received a summons regarding a large amount of cc debt owed to Citibank. Attorney sent letter about three months ago. I sent validation letter because the amount claimed was well over credit limit (by about $10k). Never received validation. Now the summons to provide an answer.
In NYS Supreme Court, who do I send the answer to the attorney or the court? I'm still angry that the debt was not validated and about all of the bailout billions Citi is getting.

Citibank doesn't have to respond to a debt validation letter. Wr
Citibank doesn't have to respond to a debt validation letter. Write them back and ask for statements. There is a vast difference in the lettering. If it were a 3rd party collection agency handeling it then a debt validation letter would be correct.
