citibank--help needed please!

Can anyone help with how to respond to a motion for summary judgment and affidavit? We are dealing with an atttorney'sfirm, representing Citibank, who have no desire to settle. We found forms online and filled those out to answer the complaint, and I guess we did it right because they are not seeking a default judgment.
But we weren't expecting this response.Does anyone know if there are forms we can get to challenge the motion? Thanks for your help.

The party opposing the motion must file a response within 21 day
The party opposing the motion must file a response within 21 days after the motion is served or a responsive, but it mainly depends on the state laws.
