civil judgement

I have a civil judgement that is showing up on my credit report from CCB Credit services from 2004 for 425.00. I was unable to show up in court for this back then because I was out of state and didnt make it to the court date.
Do I have any options of getting this taken off my CR? I dont even remember what the debt was for anymore.

Were you a resident of another state when the judmgnent was filed? Or just out of town? Did you contact the court?
What state are you in? Is the judgment paid? Generally judgments report for 10 years.
