Class action lawsuit against CACH LLC

My husband was being sued by CACH LLC for a credit card that he never had. According to the complaint, he owes more than $4000 in credit card debt with GE Capital Retail Bank. My husband called the credit card company and they've confirmed that he does not have any accounts with them and he's not on their system.
According to my research, there are many more people who are experiencing this problem with CACH LLC. I'd like to know if anyone is interested in joining me for a class action lawsuit against CACH LLC. I see a lot of members on Nelly's forum expressing the same grievances against CACH LLC.
