CA collecting for a pdl with CMG Group

It is up to the collection agency to validate the debt to prove that it is yours. Send them a debt vallidation letter

i am sorry if i am doing this wrong i have never used any thing like this anyway i ask for their address and they said they do not accept mail and that if i needed to know who i owed it was my responsibility to find it

Again, I already posted this, but if they say you owe a debt, then it is up to thenm to validate that debt. Send Them a letter asking them to do that.

how would i send them one if they say they do not accept mail i have even tried to get them to tell me the address so i can mail a payment

Not The pdl, The collection agency. I am sure they have an address

also when they said that the only way i could pay was by fax of information on my credit card or put the money in their private acct

i am speaking of the collection agency they say they do not accept mail their name is jackson philips and associate

do you have any suggestions on what i can do

i actually just spoke 2 the agency and he said that he is not going to send that it was not his job
