Just some words of advice from one who has been to debt hell and back, do not give out banking information and do not give out phone #'s. If they already have this information, close you bank account and open a new one and get your number changed to an unlisted phone #. In the world of credit/debt be VERY careful about who you give personal information out to it's way too easy for someone to get their hand in your cookie jar these days. I know it's a pain but research the debt, find out address's and phone numbers for collection companies and send them money orders/cashier checks, save the stubs and document everything. DO NOT give out your account numbers or phone numbers thus the overdrawn account will cease and the harassing phone calls will cease, plain and simple, DON"T GIVE UP THE INFORMATION!

Ashley Wonderful post. It really gets you to thinking. I have always wondered how I was so stupid to give out my personal info. Just think everybody these payday people have our social security numbers addresses where we live and work. Kind of scary? My best advice would be stay on top of your credit. Moniter often. At least pull it once a year. I know there has been alot of people on here who have had to do disputes. Ashley Thanks Again. KYSIDE38
