I have been harrased at work by these collectors stating that they want to speak to my HR or sayiing that they have an officer finding out where I work. I have one question. There is a company called TR something or another. And they keep calling me. I am tired of their ill intent against me because they act rude disrespectful \and many sorts of diffirent attitudes.
Please inform me on what to do.

First, stop talking to them.

The next time they call, write down the number they're calling from. Ask them to send something in writing. They'll refuse. When they do, tell them you're aware this is a fraud and you're reporting them to the FTC, your state's AG and the local police.

Then don't talk to them again, EVER!

Who was the original lender they're trying to collect for? Did you pay off the loan? Was it a legal lender? You'll need to protect yourself with your employer if you signed a voluntary wage assignment. You can revoke it, in writing to the original lender and give a copy to your employer (HR or Payroll).

I am not sure who the collectors or the debt is from. They are not saying it is from anyone.
