If it were me I would grab their fax number and attention it to the President or CEO of the company stating exactly what you have just said along with stating that you are going to file complaints with the Attorney General in their state and yours along with a complaint to the BBB and FTC. This should get their attention pretty quick. I would also be sure to fax it 5-6 times within an hours time frame to ensure it doesn't get "lost". These organizations hate problems and that is what you would become to them.....

Actually, the FIRST time after you requested validation ALL collection efforst are supposed to stop according the FDCPA, this means they violated the FDCPA, you could sue them in a court of law for up to $1000.00 for that violation. As long as you have proof they received it the first time (return receipt requested after sending it certified), and the letters that followed that first request, as long as they are dated AFTER they signed for the first validation request. I'd be looking for an Attorney if I were you.
