I have a good complaint about this company!

They keep calling my new home phone, stating they bought a medical debt of mine, however, when I ask them who I owed, they, (Who bought this debt), can not seem to tell me who it originated from. All they seem to know is a rough date of service, (Month and Yr only) but again, by their own admission, doesn't know from what Dr, Hosp, or clinic it belonged to before they purchased it, go figure!
You have forgotten to give us the name of the collection agency.
You have forgotten to give us the name of the collection agency. Send them a debt validation letter through a certified mail. I think they haven't bought the debt and they don't possess it too. So, it is better to negotiate with the original creditor.
